Baruch combines an engineering doctorate with the operating and financial experience of building and leading technology businesses. His work connects detailed technical judgment with customer needs, project delivery and commercial outcomes.
Through Intelligent Dynamics Canada, he brings together operational, financial and technical leadership for startups and SMEs. His wider career includes building a semiconductor engineering business, directing major energy projects and establishing engineering operations in Canada and India.
He also serves as Chief Operating and Financial Officer of Rubber Ring Creative LLC. He holds a doctorate in aerospace engineering from the Technion and an MBA with an accounting concentration from Northeastern University, and is an inventor or co-inventor on eight US patents.
