Privacy

We use the details you submit through our contact form to respond to your inquiry. Formspree processes the form and forwards it to our email provider. Please do not send sensitive or confidential records.

Website analytics

With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits, page views, engagement, referral sources and actions such as successful contact submissions. We do not send your name, email address, company or message to Google Analytics. Advertising personalization is disabled. Analytics is limited to our public website, not the private client area.

You can decline analytics or change your choice below. Reports may therefore omit visits and inquiries from people who decline or block tracking. Google processes analytics information under its own policies: How Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Eve concierge and beta

When you choose Ask Eve, your message, any selected image and up to four recent conversation turns are sent to Google Gemini, xAI and OpenAI to obtain independent responses and compare them. Provider processing is governed by their respective API privacy terms. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal information. Except for answers you explicitly choose to share, we do not store chat transcripts in our application database; the current conversation stays in page memory and clears when you reload. Service providers may retain data under their policies.

Image attachments support one JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 4 MB. Selecting an image creates a local preview; choosing Ask Eve sends it to all three services. A selected image is sent again with subsequent questions until you remove it. Images are processed in memory and are not saved in IDC’s application database or file storage. Remove image, Clear conversation or reloading releases the attachment from the page. Providers may retain submitted images under their API policies. Image analysis may misread text or visual details; agreement does not establish accuracy.

Voice input records up to 30 seconds after you choose Speak. Stopping the recording sends audio to Google Gemini for transcription; cancelling discards it. IDC does not store the recording in its application database. Provider processing and retention follow Google’s API policies. Review and edit the transcript before choosing Ask Eve, which sends the text for independent comparison. Spoken answers use voices available on your device or browser. Microphone permission is optional.

We use an essential, signed browser cookie (up to 30 days) and daily request counts to protect the alpha service. We also store daily, salted network hashes and shared request counts to protect the demo. Expired counts are removed on subsequent requests. Beta signups store your email, preferred avatar and signup time so IDC can contact you about personal access. We retain beta registration until you request deletion or the beta programme ends. Joining the list does not create a personal account, start a trial or authorize payment. No advertising is included in this demo.

Sharing an answer

Only after you review the preview and choose Create sharing link, we store the selected standalone text question, answer, agreement signal and uncertainty for up to 30 days. Anyone with the link can read or forward it without an account. Shared pages are marked not to be indexed, but that is not an access restriction. No earlier conversation or uploaded image is included. You can remove a hosted link through Manage my shared links in the browser that created it; removal cannot recall copies already made. That browser stores link-management credentials locally so you can remove links later. Clearing browser storage removes those controls; contact IDC for assistance. Expired links stop working and stored content is removed on subsequent sharing requests.

For service accounting, we retain provider names, model identifiers, token usage when supplied, request identifiers, timing and status for up to 90 days. These records are associated with your account or signed browser identifier and contain no messages, images or audio. Missing provider usage is treated as unknown, not zero. This measurement does not charge your account.

Payments

Real card payments are not enabled. If test checkout is configured, test payment details are entered directly on the payment processor’s hosted page. Do not use real card details in a test checkout. Test payments do not purchase or replenish service capacity.
